NENSI AVETISIAN offers DHL express delivery on all orders 3-4 working days once the order has been processed and packed. PLEASE NOTE that customs and duty fees will apply and are not included in our prices, we would advise you to check with your local customs office in regards. Our warehouse is located in Armenia.
Shipping is free for orders of 350 USD and above.
Orders placed before 12pm GMT+4 on weekdays are packed and collected the same day.

If you are returning your item from outside Armenia, please ensure you mark it clearly as a return as we will not be liable for any duties &amp; taxes upon its return. Failure to do so may result in your shipment being returned to you, or any duties &amp; taxes incurred being deducted from your refund.

Returns

All products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, in their original condition and packaging. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In the case of preorders as we are making your items for you and would not otherwise buy the stock, we cannot accept returns.
Returning your online purchase: Items must be returned unused in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Make sure to return the item in such a way that the original packaging will remain undamaged.
Any package returned after the prescribed time frame will be refused and returned to the sender. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Product(s) are borne by the sender.
NENSI AVETISIAN cannot be held responsible if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged.

Returns policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and you will automatically receive your refund receipt via email. The full refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days.
Please note we do not refund duties and taxes and can only offer exchanges for customers in Armenia.

Refunds & Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you have received a refund email but haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 days and is out of our control and is down to banking times.
